How we use your enquiry

When you submit our contact form, Emberflock Labs stores your name, email address, selected topic, and message so we can respond and manage the conversation.

Information accompanying your message

We also record the submission time, browser user agent, language, time zone, viewport size, referring page, and supported campaign tags when available. In production, Vercel may provide the request IP address and an approximate city, region, and country inferred from it. These estimates can be inaccurate, especially when a VPN or proxy is used.

The form does not request GPS location, access your contacts, or create a persistent device identifier. Referring-page URLs are stored without query strings or fragments; only the supported campaign tags from the contact-page URL are retained separately.

Purpose and service providers

We use this information to reply to enquiries, manage leads and follow-ups, understand which pages and campaigns generate interest, and reduce spam. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

The website runs on Vercel. Enquiries and associated metadata are stored in MongoDB Atlas. Resend sends our notification email containing the form details. Our configured email providers process the notification and subsequent correspondence.
